Role Description The Senior Physiotherapist will provide advanced assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for spine and sports-related conditions, as well as general musculoskeletal issues.

The Senior

Physiotherapist will mentor junior team members, contribute to clinical protocols, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.

Qualifications

Solid clinical skills in musculoskeletal, spine, and sports physiotherapy, including assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment.

Experience in developing and supervising individualized rehabilitation and exercise programs focused on functional movement and long-term recovery.

Ability to manage acute injuries and provide timely emergency physiotherapy care, including pain management and early mobilization.





Effective communication and interpersonal skills to educate clients, build trust, and collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Capability to mentor and guide junior physiotherapists and support staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and quality care.

Strong organizational and documentation skills, including maintaining accurate patient records and adhering to clinical protocols and safety standards.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution; valid professional registration or license as required by local regulations.

Several years of progressive clinical experience in physiotherapy, preferably with a focus on spine and sports rehabilitation.

Commitment to ongoing professional development, staying updated with current physiotherapy techniques, research, and best practices.
