Role & responsibilities

- 2D and 3D piping design for process plants/Pharma plants

- Development of piping layouts and equipment arrangements

- Integration of current piping systems into existing plants (Brownfield)

- Connection of piping systems to pumps, vessels, columns, heat exchangers, and other process equipment

- Design of pipe supports, steel structures, operating platforms, and access systems

- Preparation of production, installation, and detail drawings

- Creation of piping isometrics

- Material Take-Off (MTO) generation

- Definition of material specifications according to project requirement

Coordination & Documentation

- Interface coordination with Process, Mechanical, Civil/Structural, and Instrumentation & Control Engineering

- Clash detection and resolution





- Participation in model reviews and design reviews

- Document management and project documentation control

- Handling of project management and documentation systems

Software

Mandatory

- AutoCAD Plant 3D

Preferred

- AVEVA E3D

- AVEVA PDMS

Experience

- Minimum 5 years of experience in piping design

- Experience in industrial process plants

- Practical experience with Brownfield and Revamp projects

- Independent execution of engineering tasks
