Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads.
- Generate high-quality leads while achieving target CPL, ROAS, and conversion goals.
- Manage monthly advertising budgets of n1 lakh or above.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns using data-driven insights.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, and landing pages.
- Prepare performance reports and present actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and sales teams

Required Skills

- Minimum 3 years of Performance Marketing experience.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Hands-on experience in Lead Generation campaigns.
- Experience handling ad budgets above n1 lakh per month.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in the EdTech industry.
- Solid understanding of CPC, CPL, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and ROI metrics
