Shift: US Shift (Candidate should be available till 11:00 PM IST with a minimum 4-hour overlap with the US team)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior PeopleSoft Technical Consultant with robust expertise in PeopleSoft technical development, production support, integrations, upgrades, and automated testing using PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in PeopleSoft FSCM and/or HCM environments and be capable of designing, developing, troubleshooting, and supporting enterprise-scale PeopleSoft applications.

The consultant will work closely with functional consultants, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable,



high-quality technical solutions while driving automation and regression testing initiatives using PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF).

Required Experience

- 8+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft Technical experience.
- Minimum 2+ years of PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF) experience or involvement in at least 2 PTF implementation projects.
- Strong experience in PeopleSoft FSCM and/or HCM implementation, enhancement, upgrade, or production support.
- Experience working with integrations, customizations, batch processing, and reporting.
- Experience with regression testing, release validation, automation, and production support.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in US overlap hours (up to 11:00 PM IST).
