About the Role:

We're looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Executive with proven expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads to drive lead generation and business growth. If you're passionate about scaling high-performing campaigns, optimizing ROI, and making data-driven decisions, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns.
- Drive quality leads while improving CPL, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Manage campaign budgets, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and performance forecasting.
- Collaborate with Creative, Content, Product, and Sales teams to maximize campaign performance.
- Analyze campaign data, identify growth opportunities, and present actionable insights.

What We're Looking For: 3 - 7 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads





Experience managing high-budget lead generation campaigns with measurable results

Solid knowledge of GA4, GTM, Google Looker Studio, Meta Ads Manager, and Conversion Tracking

Expertise in campaign optimization, audience targeting, and performance analytics

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Background:

Experience in Performance Marketing Agencies, FinTech, Business Services, Legal Services, BFSI, or B2B Lead Generation

Experience managing monthly ad budgets of 50 Lakhs+
