Responsibilities:

- Prepare monthly payroll computation for both Offshore and Onshore employees based on approved timesheet from client

- Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, cash advance deductions, claims etc

- Maintain bank details, crews’ deductions and claims in Payroll system

- Generate cost sheet, billing sheet and payslips

- Address crews’ queries and provide support to crews on all payroll related matters

- Payroll reporting and customizing reports to meet statutory obligations

- Assist in the declaration of personal income tax

- Any adhoc activities that are assigned that are assigned from time to time.

Requirements

- Minimum Diploma holder

- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experiences in a similar capacity





- Prior experience in a global environment and sensitive to cultural differences

- Well-versed in payroll knowledge and computations

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, and Excel)

- Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills, able to communicate with different nationalities

- Strong attention to details and maintain high level of accuracy

- Strong command of skilled English in verbal and written skills

- Highly adaptable to a fast-paced working environment

- Sharp-minded and able to work independently with minimal supervision

- Available immediately or within short notice highly preferred
