We are looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist with 79 years of experience in end-to-end payroll operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing payroll for complex countries or employee populations, ensuring payroll accuracy, statutory compliance, and timely payroll processing. The role requires expertise in payroll operations, issue resolution, stakeholder management, and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end payroll processes for complex countries or employee populations.
- Review and validate payroll calculations, statutory deductions, and payroll outputs before payroll finalization.
- Act as the primary point of escalation for complex payroll-related issues.
- Investigate payroll discrepancies, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with third-party payroll providers to resolve payroll and compliance issues.
- Review payroll work completed by team members and provide guidance to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Drive payroll process improvements, standardization,
and operational excellence initiatives.
- Support workload planning, onboarding, knowledge sharing, and training activities.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Time & Attendance, Benefits, and business teams to resolve payroll issues.
- Identify operational risks and recommend improvements to enhance payroll quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
