We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Head to oversee and optimize the organization's end-to-end operations, including warehouse management, inventory control, logistics, and process improvement. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, improve productivity, ensure timely order fulfillment, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities Operations Management

- Lead and oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Monitor operational performance and drive continuous process improvements.
- Prepare and manage operational budgets while ensuring cost optimization.
- Establish and enforce operational policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Procurement, HR, and other departments to ensure seamless business operations.
- Identify operational risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.

Warehouse & Inventory Management
- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, dispatch, and returns.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock audits and cycle counts.
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage utilization for maximum efficiency.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement to maintain optimal inventory.
- Ensure timely and accurate order picking, packing,



and dispatch.
- Implement warehouse best practices to improve productivity, accuracy, and safety.
- Oversee inbound and outbound logistics operations.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure proper maintenance of warehouse infrastructure and equipment.

Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop operations and warehouse teams.
- Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Identify training needs and support employee development.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in operations, warehouse, and supply chain management, including leadership experience.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
