Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite SuiteScript Developer with expertise in designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining NetSuite customizations, SuiteBundles, and SuiteApps. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the SuiteCloud Platform, SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF), SuiteBundler, and SuiteApp deployment lifecycle. The role involves developing scalable NetSuite solutions, integrating third-party systems, and delivering high-quality SuiteApps for internal or marketplace distribution.

Oracle recommends using SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF) for recent SuiteApp development, while SuiteBundler continues to be supported for packaging and distributing customizations.

Key Responsibilities

NetSuite Development

- Design, develop, test, and maintain NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript 2.0/2.1.
- Develop and customize:

Scheduled Scripts

Map/Reduce Scripts

Workflow Action Scripts





- Build custom records, custom fields, forms, workflows, and saved searches.
- Optimize SuiteScript performance and governance usage.

SuiteBundle & SuiteApp Development

- Develop and package NetSuite solutions using SuiteBundler and SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF).
- Build installable SuiteApps for customer deployments or internal use.
- Manage SuiteApp versions, releases, upgrades, and backward compatibility.
- Create managed and unmanaged bundles.
- Configure installation preferences and bundle dependencies.
- Perform bundle testing across Sandbox, Release Preview, and Production accounts.
- Publish and maintain SuiteApps for customer distribution.
- Understand SuiteApp lifecycle, deployment, and release management. SDF supports IDE-based SuiteApp projects and integrates with SuiteBundler for distribution.
