Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Technical Lead with strong expertise in designing scalable, high-performance enterprise applications using modern .NET technologies. The ideal candidate should have deep technical knowledge of software architecture, backend development, cloud-native design, and engineering best practices while mentoring development teams and driving technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
Core .NET & Software Engineering :
- Apply advanced Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and SOLID design principles to build maintainable applications.
- Design and implement appropriate Design Patterns and Clean Architecture for enterprise-grade solutions.
- Implement Dependency Injection (DI) and Dependency Inversion to create loosely coupled systems.
- Optimize application performance using Advanced LINQ, memory-effective coding practices, and performance profiling.
- Analyze Value Types vs Reference Types and their impact on application performance.
- Improve application efficiency through effective Memory Management, Garbage Collection (GC) optimization, and thread-safe programming.
ASP.NET Core Advanced Development :
- Build and customize ASP.NET Core Middleware for request processing.
- Develop and implement Filters, custom dependency injection components, and configuration management strategies.
- Configure centralized Logging, monitoring, and observability using industry-standard tools.
- Implement API Versioning, security headers, rate limiting,
and health checks.
- Understand application startup, lifecycle management, deployment strategies, and framework upgrades.
Web API, Microservices & System Integration :
- Design secure, scalable RESTful APIs following industry best practices.
- Define robust API contracts with support for Idempotency and backward compatibility.
- Implement API authentication and authorization using OAuth 2.0 and JWT.
- Integrate with third-party systems and enterprise applications.
- Apply resilience patterns including retries, circuit breakers, timeout handling, and fault tolerance.
- Optimize APIs for scalability, throughput, and response time.
Advanced Asynchronous Programming :
- Develop highly concurrent applications using Task Parallel Library (TPL) and async/await.
- Identify and resolve asynchronous programming pitfalls, race conditions, and deadlocks.
- Implement synchronization techniques for thread-safe applications.
- Optimize workloads by distinguishing CPU-bound and I/O-bound operations.
- Improve concurrency and parallel processing for high-performance applications.
Database & Data Engineering :
- Optimize SQL queries and design efficient indexing strategies.
- Manage transactions, isolation levels, and data consistency for enterprise applications.
- Improve Entity Framework Core performance through optimized querying and connection management.
- Implement connection pooling and scalable large-volume data processing techniques.
- Ensure high-performance database access and efficient resource utilization.
Unit Testing & Quality Engineering :
- Develop comprehensive unit tests following the Test Pyramid approach.
- Create parameterized and asynchronous test cases.
- Implement mocking using Moq and testing frameworks such as xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest.
- Promote code quality through automated testing and continuous integration practices.
AI-Assisted Development & Engineering Leadership :
- Drive adoption of GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted software development practices.
- Establish governance for secure and responsible AI-generated code.
- Improve developer productivity through AI-enabled workflows.
- Review AI-generated code to ensure security, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards.
- Mentor engineering teams on best practices for leveraging AI throughout the software development lifecycle.
