About the Role:
Aerione Bharat is looking for a passionate and experienced Creative Head to lead our in-house creative team. This is a leadership role for someone who can combine creative vision with execution, ensuring that every design, campaign, video, and visual asset aligns with our brand identity and delivers meaningful impact.

The ideal candidate should be capable of mentoring designers and editors, driving creative excellence, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.

Roles & Responsibilities:
* Lead, mentor, and inspire the in-house creative team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
* Conceptualize and oversee the execution of creative campaigns across digital, print, video, social media, events, television, and educational platforms.
* Ensure consistency in Aerione Bharat’s brand identity, visual language,



and communication across all touchpoints.
* Review and approve creative deliverables, ensuring they meet quality standards, project objectives, and brand guidelines.
* Collaborate with Marketing, Content, Technical, and Operations teams to translate ideas into impactful visual experiences.
* Plan and manage creative workflows, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of projects.
* Provide creative direction for photography, videography, motion graphics, and multimedia productions.
* Drive innovation by introducing recent design trends, creative tools, and efficient workflows.
* Present creative concepts and strategies to leadership and key stakeholders.
* Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing creative team through regular feedback, coaching, and performance management.
