About the Role
NovaVente Limited is looking for a driven and articulate Sales Development Representative to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity based out of Kalyan. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a strong foundation in lead generation, outbound sales, and B2B prospecting. You'll be the first point of contact for potential customers, responsible for identifying opportunities and setting the stage for our sales team to close deals.
Role Description
The Sales Development Representative will identify and qualify new business opportunities, conduct outbound outreach via calls, emails, and social channels, and generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) for the sales team. Daily responsibilities include researching target accounts, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, nurturing prospects through clear and professional communication,



and scheduling meetings or demos for senior sales staff. The role also involves collaborating closely with the business development and sales operations teams to refine messaging, support sales campaigns, and provide feedback on lead quality and market insights.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research and outbound prospecting
