Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Executive Assistant & Gifting Merchandiser role based in Mumbai. The role involves providing comprehensive executive administrative support, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, preparing expense reports,



coordinating travel, and handling confidential correspondence. The position also includes managing corporate and client gifting initiatives, sourcing and curating merchandise, coordinating with vendors and designers, overseeing inventory and order fulfillment, and ensuring brand-aligned packaging and presentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining documentation and databases, preparing presentations and reports, supporting cross-functional communication between leadership and teams, and assisting with event-related logistics and hospitality needs. The role requires proactive problem-solving, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment.
