Role Overview
A Senior Growth Manager drives revenue growth and client retention of strategic accounts by identifying and executing the highest-impact opportunities across the assigned portfolio, through growth and product adoption. This includes creating a strategic growth plan and driving operational excellence through forecasting and pipeline management.
They leverage data-driven insights to build consultative, strategic partnerships across client organizations, prioritize initiatives,



and measure what truly moves the business through QBRs and ongoing performance reviews. Internally, they cultivate solid cross-functional relationships to align teams, remove blockers, and ensure growth strategies are executed with precision.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Retention & Growth: Drive sustainable revenue by growing accounts, preventing churn, and uncovering opportunities that result in long-term growth for each assigned account.
Client Ownership & Strategy: Own end-to-end account strategy, setting clear growth plans, and serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders at all levels, including senior and C-level leadership.
Campaign Management & Performance Insights: Ensure campaigns operate seamlessly and optimize effectively through collaboration with the Analyst and Product teams, delivering insights tied to business outcomes.
