* 1–2 years of experience in Food & Beverage Service or a Hotel Management graduate with completed Industrial Training (IT) or On-the-Job Training (OJT).
* Welcome guests and provide courteous, professional service at all times.
* Serve food and beverages according to the hotel's service standards.
* Set up, clean, and maintain restaurant tables and service stations.
* Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are consistently followed.
* Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for smooth and timely operations.
* Handle guest requests and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
* Maintain excellent grooming, discipline, and a positive attitude.
* Be willing to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
* Deliver exceptional guest service while contributing to a positive team setting.
