Position Summary

The Manager, IT – ETS SQA India serves as a people manager and Delivery/Demand Manager for ETS Software Quality Assurance. This role is responsible for leading SQA team members and coordinating demand, capacity, allocation, and delivery execution across the QA portfolio. The position exists to improve quality delivery outcomes by ensuring the right QA skills are aligned to the right priorities at the right time, while maintaining transparent visibility into staffing needs, utilization, delivery risks, release readiness, and vendor performance.
