We are looking for an experienced and versatile Senior QA Automation Engineer to lead our testing efforts across our entire application suite. In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle testing from exploratory manual testing to architecting and building out our automated testing frameworks from scratch. You will also leverage the latest AI-driven QA tools to accelerate test creation and improve coverage. Key Responsibilities
Test Strategy & Execution: Perform comprehensive all-around testing, including functional, integration, regression, performance, and cross-browser testing for both frontend and backend systems.
Automation Architecture: Design, build, and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks from the ground up for web applications and APIs.
AI-Assisted Testing:
Leverage AI-powered testing tools and coding assistants to accelerate test script generation, create intelligent test data, and reduce test maintenance overhead.
CI/CD Integration: Integrate automated test suites into continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to ensure code quality upon every deployment.
API & Backend Testing: Thoroughly test RESTful and GraphQL APIs to ensure data integrity, security, and performance.
Manual & Exploratory Testing: Identify edge cases and complex user flows that require manual validation before translating them into automated scripts where applicable.
Defect Management: Track, document, and triage bugs clearly, working closely with full-stack developers and product managers to resolve issues quickly.
Quality Advocacy: Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for QA, mentor team members, and foster a culture of quality across the organization.
