Job Summary

The Director, FCSO Screening Process Manager supports the Screening Global Process Owner in the strategic management, design, implementation, optimisation and ongoing enhancement of the Bank's end-to-end Screening processes across Name Screening, Transaction Screening and emerging screening use cases.

The primary focus of the role is to drive continuous improvement of the Screening operating model, ensuring that processes remain effective, efficient, scalable, regulatory compliant and aligned to the Bank's financial crime risk management objectives. This includes ownership of the end-to-end screening lifecycle, identification and remediation of process inefficiencies, optimisation of controls and workflows, reduction of operational friction, and implementation of process improvements to strengthen screening outcomes.

The role holder works closely with Operations, Technology, Data, Product and Financial Crime stakeholders to assess process performance, identify opportunities for simplification and standardisation,



and deliver enhancements that improve effectiveness across the screening ecosystem. A key objective of the role is to strengthen the earlier identification of financial crime risk through improved process design, enhanced data utilisation, effective decision-making workflows, stronger control execution and more productive alert management practices.

The role is also responsible for establishing governance, metrics and feedback mechanisms to monitor process performance, identify emerging risks, drive continuous improvement and ensure that screening capabilities evolve in line with regulatory expectations, financial crime threats and business growth.
