Make outbound calls to potential and existing patients to promote dental services and treatments
Handle inbound calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional manner
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments
Follow up with patients for treatments, consultations, and feedback
Maintain and update patient records in the system
Coordinate with the clinic team to ensure smooth appointment flow
Inform patients about ongoing offers, packages, and preventive care plans
Handle basic queries related to treatments, pricing, and doctor availability Person Specification
Graduate preferred
Prior experience in telecalling/customer service (healthcare experience is an advantage)
Can communicate in English and local language
Polite, patient-friendly, and skilled attitude
