Team Overview: Professional Services
The Professional Services team, also known as the Implementation and Managed Services group, is an integral part of our business, responsible for deploying our solutions across a diverse portfolio of clients. This team oversees the entire delivery process, guaranteeing that Leena AI’s products are seamlessly integrated and operationalized to meet client specifications.
The team collaborates closely with our Engineering and Product teams to ensure successful project outcomes and is composed of Solution Consultants, Customer Success, Customer Support, Product Growth, and Product Support.
Role overview: Project Manager
As a Project Manager, you will be entrusted with leading the end-to-end client engagement, from the initial planning stages to the successful completion of a project. This pivotal role demands exceptional leadership and communication skills to facilitate collaboration among all members of the Implementation team. You will be accountable for the timely delivery of all contracted scope and will be expected to consistently exceed client expectations to ensure complete satisfaction and success.
