We are seeking a person with 6+ years of post-MBA work experience, with solid capabilities in project management and stakeholder management. This role will partner closely with the Chief of Staff and the extended leadership team to support the shaping and execution of global strategies and priorities.
Work you'll do
As a Specialist Assistant Manager, Analytics and Insights on the Global Strategic Alliances team, you will be responsible for:
Partnering with the Growth Platforms Chief of Staff to support execution of strategic priorities and business operations activities across the Growth Platforms team.
Driving end-to-end management of leadership meetings, including agenda development, content preparation, logistics planning, execution support, and post-meeting follow-through.
Creating, maintaining,
and enhancing the Growth Platforms Playbook and onboarding materials for key stakeholder groups, including Chief Commercial Officers, Global Alliance Leaders, and other leadership audiences.
Managing content across team knowledge-sharing and internal communication platforms, including updates to the Growth Platforms KX site and leadership communications.
Supporting special projects and leadership priorities through cross-functional coordination, action tracking, stakeholder alignment, and operational execution.
