As a TM -Line manager you will be part of Plant Operations and will be reporting to Section Head Frame Maintenance
A purpose driven role for you
Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
1. Ensuring day to day maintenance activities in Frame plant area equipment to ensure zero breakdown as well as keeping repair cost and inventory in control as per defined targets.
2. Safe processes in a morale boosting atmosphere for working manpower.
3. Understating energy use and consumption concepts and ensuring optimization.
4. Basic analytical skills to understand energy performance and ensuring adherence.

Planning and directing the overall maintennace work and coordinating responsibilities. Overseeing Utility maintennace jobs at plant
Academic Qualification & Experience
1. B.Tech in electrical Engg with 3 to 5
2. Diploma in electrical Engg with 5 to 9 years of relevant experience
Technical Skills/Knowledge
1. MS Office, SAP & PPT
2. 5S, TPM, SPC & TPS
3. Robot Operations / SCADA System
4.
Knowledge about CNC and PLCtrouble shooting
5. Safety protocols exposure for handling of electronics parts
6. Hand on experience of Fanuc Controls, Mitsubishi PLC , HMI,VFD
7. Exposure on Grinding , CNC Drilling, VMC
8. Honing, Induction Hardening, Robots, Spot &Seam; Welding Machines,
9. Experience on Marposs On line Gauging System
10. Experience in CNC, PLC controls of Mitsubishi
11. FANUC, Siemens and Mechanical Assemblies)
