Role Overview
A Senior Growth Manager drives revenue growth and client retention of strategic accounts by identifying and executing the highest-impact opportunities across the assigned portfolio, through growth and product adoption. This includes creating a strategic growth plan and driving operational excellence through forecasting and pipeline management.
They leverage data-driven insights to build consultative, strategic partnerships across client organizations, prioritize initiatives,
and measure what truly moves the business through QBRs and ongoing performance reviews. Internally, they cultivate solid cross-functional relationships to align teams, remove blockers, and ensure growth strategies are executed with precision.
