Starbucks India is a 50:50 Joint Venture between Tata Consumer Products and
Starbucks Corporation. Currently, we have presence in 80+ cities with

APPRENTICE PROGRAM SUMMARY

An apprenticeship is on the job training, designed to help apprentice develop
their skills and achieve a nationally recognized standard.



Apprentices get
prospect to gain practical work experience and develop skills including
communication skills, customer service orientation, teamwork, professionalism &
work ethics.

JOB ROLE

Retail Trainee Associate

ELIGIBILITY

* Only Freshers are eligible.
* Minimum 18 years of age.
* Minimum education qualification – 12th/Diploma for 6 months Apprenticeship /
graduation in any field for 12 months Apprenticeship
* Valid Aadhar (National Identity) card

PROGRAM FRAMEWORK

* 6 month & 12 months of Paid Apprenticeship with on-the-job training for 12th
completed and graduate freshers respectively
* 9 hours (including 1hour break) per day and 5 days working
* Online Assessment at the end of the Apprenticeship Program
* Government recognized & Starbucks co-branded certificate on successful
completion of the program
