Role Overview

Gallagher & Mohan is seeking an Investment Analyst to support a leading U.S.-based hospitality-focused private equity client. The analyst will work closely with senior investment professionals throughout the investment lifecycle, contributing to acquisitions, underwriting, fundraising, investor relations, transaction execution, and operational initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform financial analysis and underwriting for hotel acquisition and investment opportunities,



including valuation, cash flow analysis, capital structures, and return metrics.
Build, update, and maintain financial models while conducting market research using CoStar, STR reports, demographic data, and other third-party sources.
Prepare Investment Committee (IC) memorandums, Equity Offering Memorandums (OMs), investment summaries, fundraising presentations, and other investment-related materials.
Maintain acquisition pipelines and investment databases by tracking opportunities, coordinating broker communications, executing Confidentiality Agreements (CAs), and managing due diligence documentation.
Organize electronic data rooms, SharePoint folders, and Microsoft Teams workspaces while maintaining transaction checklists and supporting active acquisitions through coordination with brokers and other third-party stakeholders.
