Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to assigned leads and follow up on inquiries
Handle inbound calls and provide basic information about services
Qualify leads and schedule appointments with advisors
Maintain accurate call records and lead status in CRM
Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets
Coordinate with advisory and sales teams for smooth handovers
