We're hiring a Solutions Engineer (6+ years) to design deploy independently, and operate production-scale data platforms in fully air-gapped, secure customer environments - no cloud dependency, with manual deployment and troubleshooting expected. This role goes beyond writing code. It is about understanding a client's problem on the ground, designing the right solution, and owning it through implementation. We are looking for an experienced engineer who can operate independently, take ownership of complex client engagements, and bring sound judgment built over years of hands-on work. You will work closely with client teams to translate real world requirements into working solutions, while also mentoring junior team members and shaping how the team approaches new problems.

Requirements

6+ years of experience in a implementation engineering or solution engineering role
Strong problem solving ability, comfortable understanding a client's requirements and designing a suitable solution independently
B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, or related field




Strong proficiency in Python, with working knowledge of scripting and automation
Hands-on experience with Docker and container based deployment workflows
Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git)
Proven experience working directly with clients, including scoping requirements and owning delivery end to end
Comfortable working independently at client locations with minimal hand holding
Strong communication skills, able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Willingness to travel and work on-site as needed
