Monks is looking for an Project Manager to lead end-to-end creative production initiatives. This role is ideal for a highly organized and collaborative production qualified who can bring together creative, strategy, account, and operational teams to deliver impactful integrated campaigns across multiple channels and markets.

The Project Manager will act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, managing projects from brief to final delivery while ensuring creative excellence, operational efficiency, and seamless execution.

What You'll Do





Lead end-to-end production of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, content, video, and other creative channels.
Partner with clients, account teams, creative teams, and production specialists to translate briefs into actionable production plans.
Own project timelines, workflows, deliverables, and communication across multiple stakeholders.
Collaborate with creative teams to ensure ideas are executed effectively while balancing timelines, budgets, and production realities.
Develop production plans, estimates, resource requirements, and project schedules.
Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, production partners, and regional stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
Manage creative reviews, feedback cycles, approvals, and final asset delivery.
Support localization and adaptation of global brand assets for regional markets while maintaining brand consistency.
