About the Role
The IT Applications Engineer is a generalist engineering and support role responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of Signant Health's core business applications. The role carries particular depth in NetSuite, Microsoft 365, Box, and Atlassian (Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence), while also supporting the broader enterprise application portfolio as needed.
This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role that blends technical engineering — configuration, scripting, integrations, automations, and upgrades — with day-to-day operational support — tickets, incidents, and user requests.
