Designation Senior Manager - Project Controller

Reporting To Vice President – Design & Product

Simpliwork is looking for an experienced Project Controller to lead project planning, governance, documentation, commercial controls, and execution monitoring across multiple workplace fit-out projects. The role will act as the central point of control for project schedules, budgets, documentation, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and performance reporting, ensuring successful delivery of projects within agreed timelines, cost, quality, and compliance standards.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience managing large-scale commercial interior fit-outs, corporate workplace projects, and multi-location project portfolios with leading Project Management Consultants (PMC), real estate developers, or corporate real estate organizations.

Role & Responsibilities
Project Planning & Controls
Develop and maintain integrated project schedules using equivalent planning tools (RDash).
Prepare project execution plans,



master schedules, critical path analysis, milestone trackers, and recovery plans.
Monitor project progress against baseline schedules and proactively identify schedule risks and delays.
Establish project governance frameworks, reporting standards, and performance monitoring mechanisms across multiple projects.

Project Governance & Documentation
Develop and manage document control systems ensuring version control and timely approvals.
Maintain project documentation including drawings, RFIs, submittals, change requests, design revisions, approval trackers, and project records.
Ensure compliance with internal quality standards, client requirements, statutory regulations, and contractual obligations.
Standardize project control processes across the organization.

Commercial & Financial Controls
Track project budgets, cash flows, cost forecasts, commitments, and expenditure throughout the project lifecycle
