Role Description The Social Media Marketing Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad. This position is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to promote Aura Toddlers’ programs and initiatives. The role includes managing posting schedules, monitoring performance metrics,



and optimizing campaigns for reach and engagement. The manager will collaborate with internal teams to align social media content with brand messaging, ongoing events, and parenting resources. Daily tasks also involve community management, responding to inquiries and comments, and identifying new trends and opportunities to strengthen the organization’s digital presence.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to manage and grow brand presence across platforms.
Candidates should possess skills in Content Strategy and Communication to develop clear, engaging messaging tailored to parents and caregivers.
Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing to plan and execute online campaigns, track performance, and improve audience reach.
