Drive end-to-end project execution, including planning, estimation, tracking, risk management, and delivery governance. Establish robust project governance frameworks, conduct steering committee reviews, and provide executive-level reporting. Lead Agile project delivery, including Scrum ceremonies, release planning, sprint management, and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, engineering teams, and leadership to ensure successful project outcomes. Own project financials,
resource planning, utilization, budget tracking, and delivery KPIs. Support RFPs, proposals, solutioning discussions, effort estimation, and customer presentations for new business opportunities.
