Description

We are seeking a Resilience Engagement Coordinator to support the Resilience Programme by driving the adoption of resilience criteria across projects and practices. This role offers an chance to help shape how climate adaptation and resilience (A&R;) finance is delivered, ensuring it reaches the sectors and communities that need it most.

How you'll contribute

Uptake & adoption of resilience criteria Drives awareness and adoption of resilience criteria among target users, with a particular focus on South Asia engagement and practical implementation.



Support the understanding and adoption of resilience criteria among financial institutions, government bodies, corporates, and policymakers. Support country-level engagement to facilitate localisation and on-the-ground implementation. Identify opportunities to scale uptake through partnerships, stakeholder networks, and events. Support identification of potential projects, collaborations, and funding opportunities linked to uptake. Work with internal teams to align engagement with broader organisational priorities.

Stakeholder engagement and coordination Support the Resilience Taxonomy Manager with external stakeholders involved in criteria development and application, ensuring continuous and effective engagement across criteria:. Identify, engage, and manage relationships with Industry Working Group (IWG) members at the South Asian and global level. Data collection and engagement with government and non-government bodies. Build and maintain
