Role Description The Senior Manager – Partnerships & Alliance will lead the identification, evaluation, and execution of strategic partnerships that support FatakPay’s growth and product expansion. This full time, on-site role is based in Mumbai and involves owning the end-to-end partnership lifecycle,



from prospecting and negotiation to onboarding and performance management. The role includes building and maintaining relationships with key partners such as lenders, insurers, ecosystem platforms, and distribution channels, while collaborating closely with product, marketing, risk, and operations teams to design and launch joint initiatives. The Senior Manager will analyze market trends, develop business cases, manage pipeline and forecasts, and track partnership KPIs to ensure mutual value creation. Responsibilities also include contract management, governance of alliance frameworks, and continuous optimization of partnership structures to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Strategic Alliances and Business Alliances, with experience in identifying, structuring, and scaling high-impact collaborations.
