Role Description
The Digital Marketing Executive will manage day-to-day online marketing activities to strengthen Estates21’s brand presence and lead generation efforts. This full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata involves planning and executing digital campaigns (Google and Meta ads) across social media platforms, optimizing content for the company website, and monitoring campaign performance through web analytics tools.



Responsibilities include creating and scheduling social media posts, coordinating with internal teams to develop marketing materials, conducting market and audience research, and maintaining consistent communication across digital channels. The role also includes tracking key metrics, preparing performance reports, and recommending improvements to enhance engagement and conversion.

Qualifications
Strong 2+ years of marketing skills, including planning, campaign execution, and basic knowledge of real estate or related sectors.
Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging audiences through transparent, professional messaging.
