Head – Manufacturing Excellence & Digital Transformation
To lead the transformation of LTEPS into a design-led, digitally integrated advanced manufacturing organization by leveraging semiconductor ecosystem expertise, global supply chain optimization, and enterprise-wide digital transformation. The role will bridge engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and digital platforms to establish world-class manufacturing capabilities across the EPS businesses.
The incumbent will be responsible for driving global manufacturing operations across the L&T; EPS portfolio, including ESDM, Mobility, Industrial Robotics & Automation, Power Electronics, and Strategic Electronics. The role will also establish the Coimbatore ESDM facility as a global centre of excellence for advanced engineering design and electronics manufacturing, creating scalable capabilities that can be offered to global customers and strategic partners. Success will be measured by the development of these capabilities and their conversion into sustainable business opportunities across the L&T; EPS portfolio.
Strategic Transformation & Business Model Evolution
Drive transition from build-to-print manufacturing → design-led manufacturing (DLM model) aligned with L&T; strategy
Establish integrated product lifecycle model (Design → NPI → HVM → Lifecycle support)
Build scalable frameworks for multi-site manufacturing and global delivery
Advanced Manufacturing & NPI-to-HVM Scaling
Lead greenfield / brownfield factory transformations including: Automation and digital factory setup, Manufacturing engineering and quality systems
Develop structured Recent Product Introduction (NPI) to High-Volume Manufacturing (HVM) frameworks
Drive cost, quality, and cycle-time improvements across product lines
Enterprise Digital Transformation (SAP S/4HANA & Planning)
Lead end-to-end ERP transformation programs (SAP S/4HANA) across LTEPS
Implement integrated supply chain planning systems (e.g., demand-driven planni
