Role Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team and build scalable, secure, and high-performance applications powering the XALT platform.
You will work across the entire technology stack—from frontend experiences to backend services and cloud infrastructure—to deliver exceptional user experiences for a global investing platform.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js and NestJS
Build modern, responsive, and high-performance web applications using Next.js
Develop secure REST APIs and microservices
Design and optimize PostgreSQL database architecture
Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on AWS Cloud
Integrate with third-party APIs, including brokerage, banking, KYC, payment, and market data providers
Build secure authentication and authorization systems
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices
Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver world-class digital experiences
Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical planning
