Job Role:Associate Sales Development Representative (SDR) – SaaS/Product Sales

About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Associate Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 6 months to 2 years of experience in SaaS, product sales, or international B2B lead generation. The ideal candidate should be eager to build a career in global sales and have exposure to outbound prospecting, lead generation, and customer engagement, primarily for the US market.

As an Associate SDR, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, initiating conversations, qualifying leads, and scheduling product demonstrations for the sales team while promoting our SaaS and product offerings.

Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads through:
Cold calling
Cold emailing
LinkedIn outreach
Prospect follow-ups
Identify and connect with decision-makers, founders, managers, and business stakeholders.
Understand customer challenges and communicate the value of our SaaS/product solutions.




Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team.
Execute outbound prospecting campaigns targeting the US and international markets.
Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems.
Conduct basic market research to identify current business opportunities.
Follow up with prospects and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to improve lead quality and conversions.
Achieve monthly lead generation and meeting booking targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
6 Months - 2 Years of experience in:
SaaS Sales
Product Sales
International Lead Generation
B2B Sales Development
Exposure to selling software products, SaaS platforms, or subscription-based solutions is preferred.
Basic understanding of SaaS business models and customer lifecycle.
Experience working with US or international prospects is an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written English
