About Rokkamint International
Rokkamint International is a natural stone export company with 13+ years of experience in granite, marble,
limestone, and sandstone, with operations across Bagalkot, Pune, and Chennai. As we expand our international granite business, we are looking for a self-driven skilled to own the sales pipeline end to end — from finding buyers to closing and servicing orders.

Role Overview
This is primarily a lead-generation and client-acquisition role. You will identify international buyers of granite, reach out to them, convert them into clients, secure orders, and manage ongoing customer communication. You will have access to our existing leads and lead-generation tools to accelerate this. Familiarity with export documentation is a strong plus, as you will help carry each order through the complete export cycle.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation (Primary)
– Research and identify international buyers of granite — wholesalers, distributors,



stone dealers, monument
and memorial businesses, and building-material importers.
– Use company-provided lead-generation tools, databases, and directories to build qualified prospect lists.
– Maintain and continually grow a healthy pipeline of target accounts by country and segment.
Outreach & Client Acquisition
– Run structured outreach across email, calls, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp, with disciplined follow-up sequences.
– Qualify prospects, understand their product and volume requirements, and share product information,
samples, and quotations.
– Position Rokkamint's quality, flexibility, and export track record to win trial and repeat orders.
Order Conversion & Management
– Negotiate pricing and terms, and close deals in coordination with management.
– Coordinate samples, specifications, and quotations with the production and fabrication teams.
– Track confirmed orders through to dispatch,
