About the Role
- This is not a catalog management role. This is not an operations role.
- We're looking for someone obsessed with marketplace growth, customer behaviour and profitability.
- You'll own the growth strategy across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and our Shopify website.
- You'll work directly with the Chief Growth Officer and have the autonomy to make decisions that impact revenue, profitability and brand growth.

What You'll Own
Marketplace Growth
Own monthly revenue and profitability targets.
Grow Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and D2C sales.
Build quarterly marketplace growth plans.
Launch current products online.
Improve organic rankings across marketplaces.
Advertising & Performance Marketing
Manage Amazon Ads.
Manage Flipkart Ads.
Coordinate Meta & Google campaigns for Shopify.
Monitor ROAS, ACOS, TACOS and profitability.
Scale winning campaigns while reducing wasted spend.
Listings & Conversion Optimization
Improve every customer touchpoint.
