Role Description
We are looking for a Backend Developer with 3–5 years of experience who enjoys solving complex engineering problems and building scalable backend systems.

You will play a key role in designing and developing the core backend services that power the XALT platform.



The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in backend architecture, API development, database design, SDK development, and cloud-native applications.

This role is ideal for engineers who want to move beyond feature development and contribute to building a robust platform that serves millions of users and enterprise partners.

Key Responsibilities
Backend Development
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Node.js, NestJS, and TypeScript.
Build secure, reusable, and high-performance RESTful APIs.
Develop modular backend components and reusable service frameworks.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following engineering best practices.

API and Integration
Design and develop enterprise-grade APIs for internal products and external partners.
Build and maintain API documentation using Swagger/OpenAPI.
Implement secure authentication and authorization using JWT and OAuth.
Integrate with third-party service
