About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly execution-oriented Project Manager – Tech Operations & Delivery to lead project execution, operational excellence, and process optimization across our technology and learning delivery teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams, driving accountability, implementing scalable processes, and delivering high-quality outcomes in a quick-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities-

Project & Operations Management:
Drive end-to-end execution of technology and operational projects.
Define daily, weekly, and monthly operational targets and ensure timely achievement.
Monitor project timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
Maintain task trackers and ensure accountability across teams.
Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
