We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Quality Head to lead quality operations across our 6 manufacturing units in Noida and drive a strong Zero Defect Quality Culture across the organisation.

? Key Responsibilities

• Take complete ownership of quality performance across all 6 units.
• Review and monitor daily quality reports/KPIs from all Quality Managers.
• Lead and strengthen the organisation’s Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure effective implementation of SOPs.
• Drive a Zero Defect Policy with strong focus on prevention rather than correction.
• Lead all technical compliance, quality audits and buyer technical requirements.
• Take ownership of buyer visits, technical meetings and factory assessments.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints, quality queries and corrective actions effectively and within timelines.
• Analyse quality data, identify recurring issues and implement root-cause analysis and CAPA.
• Ensure consistent quality standards across all factories and production lines.
• Work closely with Production, Technical,



Merchandising and Compliance teams to eliminate quality risks at source.
• Develop and continuously improve quality systems, inspection processes and control mechanisms.
• Build accountability within the quality team and ensure strong follow-up on corrective actions.
• Lead, mentor and develop the Quality Managers and factory quality teams.

? What We Are Looking For

✅ Strong experience in garment manufacturing/export quality
✅ Proven experience managing quality across multiple manufacturing units
✅ Strong understanding of buyer quality standards, technical compliance and QMS
✅ Excellent knowledge of AQL, inspections, CAPA, root-cause analysis and quality systems
✅ Robust communication and customer-handling skills
✅ Ability to lead buyer meetings, audits and technical discussions
✅ Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving capabilities
✅ A Zero Defect mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
