Your Role And Responsibilities

As an Application Architect for Cloud Migration, you will act as the overall architect for Cloud Migration Solution Design and delivery, as well as client-facing activities. You will utilize software architecture fundamentals and assets, tools, and the Garage Method for cloud to drive solution delivery. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Design Migration Solutions:



Define migration strategy, architecture definition, and implementation for hybrid cloud platforms, leveraging expertise in rehost, refactor, rearchitect, replatform, and containerization.
Lead Client-Facing Activities: Engage with clients to understand their needs and map existing components/functionalities to Azure-specific services, highlighting advantages and disadvantages of related Azure Services.
Develop Migration Pathways: Create migration pathways for applications, databases, and integration components, considering migration tools and network requirements.
Implement Azure Solutions: Utilize expertise in Azure to implement migration solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with stakeholders to ensure effective solution delivery, leveraging the Garage Method for cloud.
