Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP CX Sales Cloud (C4C) Technical Consultant to design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the SAP Customer Experience ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in SAP C4C technical development, SAP Backend and Frontend technologies, cloud integrations, and up-to-date web application development. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions while supporting global stakeholders across different time zones.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement custom applications and enhancements in SAP CX Sales Cloud (C4C).
Develop scalable solutions using SAP UI5, SAP Fiori, React, GoLang, GraphQL, Python, and PostgreSQL.
Customize SAP C4C using SDK, Business Objects (BOs), Business Object Extensions (XBOs), ABSL scripting, and PDI development.




Design and develop reusable components and technical solutions aligned with business requirements.
Develop and consume OData, REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and other integration services.
Integrate SAP C4C with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP CPI/BTP Integration Suite, third-party applications, and external platforms.
Perform application troubleshooting, debugging, performance tuning, and root cause analysis.
Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, business analysts, and development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
Lead technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
Mentor junior developers and promote development best practices.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software quality and team productivity.
