Role Description The Inside Sales Team Lead will oversee a high-performing inside sales team, driving revenue growth and customer acquisition for NoBrokerHood. This full-time,



on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area involves managing daily sales operations, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring the team consistently meets targets and service standards. The person in this role will guide the team in lead generation, prospect qualification, and conversion, while maintaining strong customer relationships and delivering a high-quality service experience. Responsibilities include training and coaching team members, setting transparent goals, refining sales processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing and product to align strategies. The Inside Sales Team Lead will also analyze data, prepare reports, and provide feedback to leadership to support continuous improvement and scalability of the sales function.
