Role Summary- we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Oracle Developer to join the IT Financial Operations team. You will work under the guidance of senior developers and functional analysts to build your Oracle ERP technical skills in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities-
Assist in providing production support for Oracle EBS R12 and Oracle Cloud ERP applications across Finance modules; support troubleshooting of technical incidents and service requests under the guidance of senior developers, contributing to root-cause analysis and resolution.
Participate in debugging production issues and coordinate with functional analysts to triage and resolve problems, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed.
Assist in developing and maintaining Oracle custom solutions including PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and database objects,



under the guidance of senior developers, to support Financial/Accounting process areas.
Support analysis of business processes and assist in data modelling and implementation of technical solutions aligned with Oracle ERP modules, under senior developer supervision.
Work closely with functional analysts and senior developers to understand requirements and contribute to technical solutions that meet team standards and business expectations.
Participate in unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing; collaborate with analysts and business users to validate solutions throughout the testing lifecycle.
Assist in creating and maintaining technical design documents, SOPs, and support documentation for developed solutions.
Participate in code reviews and learn to apply development standards across technical deliverables, with feedback from senior team members.
