Job Purpose

This role is responsible for leading a team of two senior IAM analysts, who are responsible for assessing, approving, provisioning, reviewing, and monitoring user access requests in line with security policies, compliance requirements, and least-privilege principles.



The IAM Lead will act as the senior point of escalation for access-related decisions, lead IAM governance, support audit and compliance requirements and partner with infrastructure, cloud, security and business teams to strengthen identity security controls and operational maturity.

The ideal candidate will have solid technical IAM expertise, with working experience in cloud security, role-based access control (RBAC), privileged access management, and access governance within enterprise environments.

This position plays a critical role in protecting organizational assets by ensuring appropriate access controls are implemented, maintained, and audited across cloud and enterprise systems.
