We are looking for an experienced and highly connected Business Manager to drive revenue for our creator roster. This role will own the end-to-end business function for assigned creators by managing inbound brand opportunities, securing outbound partnerships, negotiating high-value deals, and building long-term relationships with brands and agencies.
The ideal candidate is deeply embedded in the creator economy and already has an established network across leading brands, media agencies, influencer marketing agencies, and marketing decision-makers. They should be capable of bringing business opportunities through existing relationships while continuously expanding the network.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Partnerships & Revenue Growth
Own the revenue growth of assigned creators.
Manage and close all inbound brand collaboration opportunities.
Identify, pitch, and secure recent outbound business opportunities for creators.
Develop annual and quarterly monetization strategies for creators.
Maximize creator earnings through campaigns, long-term retainers, ambassadorships, events,



affiliate partnerships, licensing, and IP collaborations.

Business Development
Leverage existing relationships with brands, agencies, and marketing leaders to generate business opportunities.
Build a consistent outbound sales pipeline through networking, referrals, cold outreach, LinkedIn, industry events, and strategic partnerships.
Represent the agency and creators in client meetings, pitches, and industry events.
Build long-term partnerships that result in repeat business.

Commercial Negotiation
Lead negotiations on commercials, deliverables, exclusivity, usage rights, timelines, and contracts.
Ensure commercially solid deals while maintaining healthy client and creator relationships.
Collaborate with internal operations and campaign teams to ensure seamless execution.

Creator Management
Act as the primary business advisor for creators.
