Singh FinCorp is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented People Operations Intern to support day-to-day HR, recruitment, employee coordination, and people-related administrative activities. This role is ideal for someone who wants practical exposure to HR operations, hiring processes, team coordination, and organizational support in a growing business environment.
Role Overview
As a People Operations Intern, you will assist the team in managing recruitment coordination, onboarding support, internal communication, documentation, and employee engagement initiatives. You will work closely with the leadership/team members to ensure smooth people operations and a positive team experience.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates for open roles.
Schedule interviews and maintain candidate communication.




Support onboarding activities for recent team members and interns.
Maintain HR records, trackers, attendance sheets, and basic documentation.
Help draft and organize offer letters, internship letters, role descriptions, and internal communications.
Support employee engagement and internal coordination activities.
Assist in maintaining structured communication across remote teams.
Coordinate with team members for updates, follow-ups, and basic reporting.
Support process improvement initiatives within people operations.
Handle other HR and administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, Commerce, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good coordination and follow-up abilities.
Comfortable working remotely and using online communication tools.
Basic knowledge of MS Offi
